I believe this is all to try to have SOMETHING good for the mid-terms. “Joe did a MASTERFUL job of combating this here COVID! Just look at the freedoms you now have!”
(Saw a story earlier where they’re NOW trying to say that Joe et al never wanted the lockdowns or mandates anyway. All that came from Trump, it was HIS fault)
