Having worked in the aviation maintenance Quality Assurance field for a long time we were always uncovering defects and attempts to cut corners, that always made us ask the obvious question...

No! HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra and ONDCP Director Rahul Gupta only said that "no federal funding will be used directly or through subsequent reimbursement of grantees to put pipes in safe smoking kits."
There are other ways to federally fund the distribution of crack pipes (or whatever they might be called), even if you think Becerra and Gupta are telling the truth. And if you think they are, then you no doubt think that ChiComjoe is the smartest president we've had.
Crack pipes or not, this topic needs to be pursued relentlessly - somebody needs to ask Psaki exactly what is contained in the “safe smoking kits” that the feds are supplying, and why those things are being purchased and distributed and crack pipes are not, etc., etc.
The DemonRat party has given us more and more street people, meth heads, crack addicts and the like, and the country as a whole needs to be reminded of that in every way possible.
