Actually it does. People slip and fall all the time.

Just ask the comedian who got struck down by God right after a joke about Covid.
I had a weird fall this week that if I had died people would have wondered if I got punched in the head around my eye sockets. Another time I fell right into a door knob.
Weird falls happen.

How do you fracture the base and eye sockets in one fall? I thought the base was the lower back of the skull.

I remember it happened to Natasha Richardson, hit her head skiing, thought she was fine, but soon slipped into a coma, and passed a few days later.

I'm living proof of that. But as a veteran of many accidental dives, I'm trying to figure out this whole 'fracture to the base of the skull and both eye sockets' bit. Plausible. If he fell down an entire flight of stairs. Still, even if taken at face value, I think I'd have cracked myself up enough to call the front desk for a little in-room tirage. This guy have any skeletons that might have gotten him a case of Acute Epstein Syndrome?
