“Maricopa County Superior Court, Erin O’Brien Otis’ seat

Erin O’Brien Otis was retained to the Maricopa County Superior Court on November 6, 2018 with 74.3% of the vote. She left the bench in 2020 so this doesn’t really mean anything. This is like the firing on Fort Sumpter. It happened so long ago it doesn’t, and shouldn’t apply to the current judges until it is proven they did something unprofessional. I am not a big fan of lawyers, but I am of fairness toward people. This hit piece is worthless unless you’ve been under a rock your whole adult life and believe in the Easter bunny. This happens everywhere it is found in allk walks of life. But it has to be found where it is, not where it was.

Right.

Otis would resign in 2020 while under investigation by the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct.
