My late husband was born in Upstate New York in the small village of German, New York. Which is located in Chenango county. I showed him his birth certificate, but he insisted to tell people that came to our house that he was born in that other town, that is not even close to the village he was born.
He died of Heart failure at age 84 but would celebrate this coming April 20 his 85th birthday.

No, I said if Biden believes what he is saying is true, then he is not a liar.
If he believes what his staff directs him to say, he is not a liar.
At his age, perhaps 75% of what he knows is obsolete. He can’t be current on so many many things. He must rely on staff to inform him. They all have agendas and it is apparent there is no consistency of agenda
