What the NFL or its owners won't say is that coaching a football team takes a lot of brains, and that blacks having an IQ one standard deviation below whites reduces the number who are up to it.
NFL owners give a hoot about one thing: making money. Winning makes money. If a coach, white or black, wins…they keep their jobs.

I recommend that whites support the NFL with the same percentage of finances as the numbers of whites in the NFL and blacks do the same. Equality....Fans in the stands also be the same racial percentage as the population.

Employment based upon race is simply racist, even if it is under the pretext of combating racism. The NBA is approx 16 percent white (and no one under 5’ 7’’ or women). Shall the league be required to hire according to the racial and gender make up of society? No.
Wichita State basketball has a black head coach and an all black team. Not even a token white player on the bench. Reminds me of John Thompsons Georgetown teams. Except Georgetown was at least winning.
You ever notice that black owned businesses or franchises only hire black employees? Much be a lot of Popeyes owned by black franchisees.
