POC ARE BAD SHOTS.. lack of range time. They treat firearms like kids treat fireworks. They dont know for sure where the rocket is going and they are only there for the bang. . HOODS dont have ranges and they dont like being around whitey while hes target shooting.
Not enough advantage for POC when the targets also have loaded guns and know how to shoot back.
