Here, Trump needs to reign-in his tendency to hold a grudge.

Disagree. So long as people don't pay a price for backstabbing, we will continue to get backstabbing. In my thinking, it is far more important to punish a backstabber than it is to hold onto whatever office is being contested.

In the last Kentucky US Senate election, I urged Kentucky freepers to get rid of McConnell. Now we are seeing why that would have been a wise choice.

Also remember that Georgia has open primaries. Meaning that a voter walks into the polling place & tells the election worker which primary ballot they want to vote on - Republican or Democrat. They can choose either. So I fully expect that the Dems will come out in large numbers to vote in the Republican primary and chose the weaker candidate.

So true—Georgia is one state I never thought would turn purple in my life time, let alone blue. Once again the GOP is snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

am a Georgia Republican and I like Kemp. He called out the National Guard during the riot and told Lance-Bottoms ,the mayor of Atlanta, to get on top of the riots or he would, because of Kemp’s actions Atlanta faired much better than most Democratic ran cities. Kemp passed the Georgia voting law and told Hollywood, MLB to shove there objections up their rear.
************
He also moved against the COVID restrictions earlier than Fauci wanted. Why Trump mugged him for that is a mystery to me.

“So true—Georgia is one state I never thought would turn purple in my life time, let alone blue. Once again the GOP is snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.”

Nonsense, first this poll the majority of voters who did not know who Trump endorsed. The ones that knew who he endorsed supported Perdue.

Second, GA is not Purple. The Democrats cheated by added over 600,000 more Dem Voters from the 2016 election. For those that will say without thought, well Trump picked up almost as much so there had to be fraud on his side, BS! Trump voter gain was election day or walk-in voters (required ID).

There is no way, GA picked up a million more voters since 2016 (Dem and Repub combined). Trump was popular in a Red State that the Dems had to massively cheat to keep pace.

GA
1,773,827 Obama
1,837,300 Clinton GA
2,473,633 Biden (+35%)

A recent poll I read about had Perdue ahead by 7%. Trump voters in GA hate Kemp.

Yea, that December polling showing them tied, is a joke and that’s what’s skewed that “average of 3 polls over 3 months.

The Trafalgar Poll that was just done that shows Perdue down only 9 is flawed as well, it only polled GOP voters, GA is an OPEN PRIMARY STATE!

Perdue isn’t going to be pulled over the finish line by Trump alone... most legit polls have Kemp up closer to 20.

Perdue has to find a message that works, and ride it hard.. Simply having Trump have a rally or two isn’t going to pull him over the finish line the way things stand now.

Perdue has time to do something, but election is just over 3 months away, he needs to find something that connects and ride it hard... by the polling it sure doesn’t look like he’s found it... looks a lot like he’s having a hard time even getting GOP voters to give him a chance.

I am not saying he can’t win, but idea Trump does a Rally or two and he’s got Kemp beat is daydreaming.

Why is that? Could it be...um...the fact that they lie constantly and have a pathological hatred of Trump?

Please tell us what he’s doing in Ga. As someone that lives in Georgia, I’d really like to know.

Vernon Jones has more skeletons in his closet than you can shake a stick at. Is he really a reformed Conservative? Time will tell.

But had he stayed in the race and done well, which he very well could have, they would have unleashed a tsunami about all the stuff he did when he was the Dekalb County Commissioner. And on that note, if it was him and Kemp, Jones still would have got my vote, if for no other reason than to get rid of Kemp.

As for finding someone that isn’t a RINO/UNIPARTY here in Georgia, at that level, good luck. Damn near the entire Republican side is nothing but a bunch of Frat Boys/ChamberofCommerce/Reynolds Plantation/St Simon’s/LakeLanier POSs that are happily and proudly in the hip pockets of the builders, developers, chicken plant owners and farmers. Overall, they couldn’t care less about the people in this state.

Up till now, there haven’t been many or any, decent candidates, but I think that’s changing. If Collins is as legit as he makes himself out to be, he might be good. Hice is running for SOS, I’m thinking to line himself up for the Governor’s mansion. Burt Jones might be ok.

Butch Miller is a RINO grasping at straws, trying to keep a RINO somewhere in the mix, at that level, since it seems like it’s going to some not in the club.

carcraft obviously likes the fact that Kemp, et al are selling out this state the same way that Perry did and Abbott is, selling out Texas. The same way that the last Governor and AG, in Tennessee, sold out Tennessee.

carcraft, obviously likes Kemp and friends working secret deals and the springing them on the people, like Rivian, knowing that the deal is BS, the company is BS, and most importantly, IF the plant goes in, it will run many folks out of the area due to the increased tax bills they’ll all get. But, hey....progress y’all. And what’s even more interesting is, the only reason the plant was being built was because of the 100k van order from Amazon that has been rescinded. Rivian promises 7500 jobs, in an industry where almost everything is done by robots and yet, Kia, which makes over 300k cars a year in West Point, Ga only has 3000 employees. Have to wonder what those other 4500 jobs are going to be.

carcraft, obviously loves the fact that the movie industry gets $800,000,000 a year in tax breaks that none of the voters every voted on. Nice...they come here because we give them tax breaks and they take advantage of the Right to Work laws.

carcraft, obviously loves the deal along 316, which is already a nightmare which will add, who the hell knows how many people, cars and raise taxes through the roof, but, alas, the whole thing was kept SECRET so the developer could get the land cheaper. What a bunch of gems in our government. Colluding with a developer to rip off the residents. Awesome. Progress, y’all.

As for Kemp’s war chest. Have to wonder where all the money came from. He was in debt to his eyeballs. Voila. All gone. Kelly Loeffler becomes a Senator. How’d that happen?

I LOVE Collins, ANOTHER huge mistake by Trump endorsing that ding dong woman over Collins for the senate EVEN AFTER Collins was on the front lines fighting like hell for him all during his administration!! I was very disappointed in Trump making that endorsement!!!

Can you give me the name of the person, not a RINO, not Kemp, that is/was/has put their name in the hat for the Governor of Georgia. Give me the name of the MAGA candidate.

Whoever is running, is running. I’m not doing cartwheels over Perdue, but there is no way in hell I’m voting for Kemp.

Just look at two of his ads from his campaign. One about the 2nd Amendment, the other illegal immigration. He did NOTHING about either. The only reason he’s entertaining Constitutional Carry is an attempt to save his career.

Believe it or not, the anti-fraud bill doesn’t really do all that much.

I have to show my id, which checked on a database, every time I vote in Georgia.

The original draft of the anti-fraud bill completely banned, mail in voting and drop boxes. The authors were ordered to remove that language.

Ruby Freeman is on video committing fraud. Her daughter is on video committing fraud. The runoff was a complete joke and folks staying home did not do so, because of Lin Wood. They saw what happened in November. They learned that Raffensberger ILLEGALLY signed the Consent Decree that allowed it all to happen in Fulton and Gwinnett and they did nothing, as if he could actually do that without telling Kemp, Duncan and a few others.

So, yeah, Kemp deserves nothing from anyone.

And, Abrams used quite a bit of fraud to lose, back in 2012, and somehow, she’s able to get her cases in her sisters courtroom and no one says a word.

The better question is by CNN and Trafalgar (polling) now? Why? I think Democrats and leftist MSM see a huge backlash growing here in Georgia and that not only unknown Warnock is in trouble (no record for Georgia at all since elected), traitor Kemp in huge trouble with voters (including me, for one).
