This is a different Collins but I like the Doug Collins as well. I really wish he would have entered the race for Governor.

This one is an actual business owner. Not a politician.

No, I do not. People come on the scene. I like his message. Perhaps I should step back and study this more.

I’m nowhere near GA, but Collins sounds decent.

He says and acts the way I want someone to. I would vote for the guy. But he’s got some dirt.

I wish he would have run for one of the state offices other than Governor. Give him a chance to shed some of those skeletons.

I take it she’s not seen as viable, but I think Kandiss Taylor is legitimately MAGA.

Never heard of her. Went to her website and looked her up. And agree that she fits the mold.

Just don’t see a guidance counselor from South Georgia being able to gain traction.

That being said, have her make some moves in the state Congress which is filled with greedy, corrupt RINOs and move up a little and she has my vote all day.

Agreed. That’s the route to go.

But are there no decent MAGA candidates in the legislature now? Or a sheriff. Or something?

What Are you talking about. Kemp has had a 20is point lead in the polls over thr total of all competitors in the gop primary race from the start.

Now that the challengers are down to 1, consolidation still has Kenp up around 20.

Perdue is down 10 when just GOP voters are asked, but GA is an open primary. Any poll that is only asking Registered republicans who they will vote for in thr primary is worthless at showing the real overall numbers…. But it is useful to see how someone is doing among republicans. And even when just polling republicans Perdue is down 10.

He’s got 3 months to find a message that works and ride it hard.. Trump rally’s will help, but they won’t overcome a 10, let alone a 20 point deficit on its own.

Not one that I can name in the legislature that are running for Governor.

Bruce Jones seems pretty legit. But I think he’s trying to build his resume. And Hice is running for SOS.

It would have been great if Doug Collins ran and many were hoping, but he’s withdrawn from politics.

Other than that, nothing. The state GOP in Georgia does a good job controlling stuff. All about who will sell out Georgia to the highest bidder for their own bank accounts. Same for most places.

We shall see.

And if Perdue loses, he loses. Kemp will either win again or lose, either way he’ll do it without me.

Yep. Not any more legit up in New England and New York.

Our institutions and, I guess, society are rotten to the core. That’s why we seem to be going down so easily.

Sadly....You are 100% correct.

And if you’re up in that area, I was born/raised on Long Island, I look back to my original home. About 5 or 6 cities in NY State control the whole place. And the Republicans up there, aren’t all that much better.

Maliotakis, Stefanik, Katko .... all pretty much or full blown RINO/Assistant Democrat

And that is one of the reasons why I’m so angry about what is happening here in Georgia. Kemp, et al are doing their best to import the problem in the names of.....Progress, y’all....Jobs. Doing nothing but changing the political landscape and taxes going through the roof.

Yeah, I’m shopping for a new state in the South. Hard to guess what the best landing would be.

Good luck. The coast of SC, around Myrtle Beach is still a safe bet, for now. Lots of solid Republicans in that area. However, there are lots of folks moving down and the place is insane with the development, or over development that so many are complaining about. And of course, the politicians do nothing.

I was thinking of heading to the mountains of Greenville, SC. But learned that the city has completely taken a 180 and is solid Democrat, among other things, so that’s a NoGo.

Eastern Tennessee isn’t too bad. Johnson City is awesome. Has a university there, but it isn’t a liberal college town and the surrounding area is certainly not liberal in any way.

Thanks. Thinking Northeast GA, Eastern TN, SC, or NW FL.
