All of us will need to make our own judgments. The 'news' here is useless - actually, it is worse than useless. The ONLY value for the 'news', is to know the enemy spin on what's going on.
So, the 'news' on this trampled woman appears to be all over the map. That, in of itself, IMHO makes the story suspect. From another angle, gotta consider who benefits from any of the narratives being put out there.
I'm going with faked.
