The left had a much easier time converting cops and military than I guessed. Very smooth. Mass protests aka general strikes will be needed up there until cops are outnumbered. Protestors will have to help each other survive while striking. Don’t worry, it’s coming.
I believe that it is also worse than that. I believe that the Ottawa protestors have made a tremendous sacrifice in order to demonstrate the righteousness of their side. They have been peaceful and suffered at the hands of brutality.
What is seen in Canada and elsewhere, however, is a lie. The CBC and other coverage of this blatantly lies to the people with pretenses of racism and violence from the protestors and a hiding of the illegal brutality used against them.
Without an objective press, peaceful protest is worse than useless. Speech, of any kind, may be meaningless. The only thing which will count will be action, and that means action designed to accomplish something, not get reports in the press.
