Barabrians set loose among an unsuspecting population. All coming from the only place on Earth that still has polio outbreaks along with countless other diseases that had been eradicated in the U.S., but they were not required to be tested or vaccinated as a condition of coming here, because testing and vaccination mandates are only required for citizens.
