Yeah, well it was Bolton that told the UN and the international gun-control groups to shove it, that the U.S. was not going to go along with their gun-grabbing schemes. He was representing the US in those talks, and I applauded him for it. Granted, this was during the GWB administration, years before he joined the Trump administration and turned into a Judas.
