Having read details of President Trump’s statement I am wondering if there are some of his supporters who will be concerned about his approval of Putin and his tactics. Would they want them applied in the US?

Calling it genius is not approval, it is like more akin to baseball fans soberly recognizing that the opposing team manager outmanaged their own. Denying the obvious is not a virtue, it is a vice. Denying that the other team played a better game doesn’t benefit your own team and won’t make them play better.

Trump has always been correct on this matter; An alliance with Russia would create unprecedented peace and prosperity. Don’t forget, Russia is a traditionalist society, Orthodox related, not a Bolshevik-ruled one like we are rapidly becoming.

What most in the west do not know (thank you corporate media), eastern Ukraine is mostly ethnic Russians, and since the illegal civil war Biden and Obama and Soros created in 2013, 2014, a campaign of ethnic cleansing against the Russians has at times occurred, and Putin has intervened for that reason. A referendum in those provinces, like in Crimea, should be overseen by international bodies, and a vote should take place to legitimize (or not) Putin’s recognizing they 2 (Donetsk, Dombas?). Putin is actually saving lives, unlike the recommendations by the terrible neo-cons and neo-libs.
Take a deep breath neo-cons...

Being able to appreciate Putin’s better command of the overall Ukraine problem than Biden’s isn’t what I’d call earth shattering news. It just illustrates how mismatched and incompetent Biden is.

Supporting self-proclaimed breakaway regions as new sovereignties isn’t something new by any means. Nor are the ‘police actions’ by other countries that some might call meddling. Was Trump wrong in voicing this? Maybe, maybe not.

I don’t think the revelation is anything new to Putin, and I don’t think this is a case of admiring approval by Trump; it’s an appreciation of strategic tactics. Should he have voiced it, as a former President appearing not to support an in-office President? Where were all the people who’d condemn this when he was President and ex-Presidents (RINOs and Democrats alike) were lining up to carp about anything and everything he did while in office, even on the diplomatic field?

Biden and crew never saw this coming. Heck, they can’t even figure out what day it is their ‘sources’ are telling them an invasion is ‘imminent.’ And, I’m not even gonna say anything about VP Harris’ “Hey, look guys....we’re talking about possible war in Europe here....we haven’t seen that in 70 years....”
