I’d pull out every dime if I had an account.
I'd leave the barest minimum if I needed local bank transactions. Deposit an amount needed for a local bill payment, pay the bill out of it, and leave the minimum behind. The "bank" in essence becomes a transaction processor.
Real banking to be done somewhere else.
