Exactly. As Rush said, employees/employers figured out you can get most work done from home. Why bother with millions of dolls of office space you don’t need, have dedicated spaces for those tasks that need in-office work and some flex space for people to come in as needed to work on specific projects and tasks.
Employees also don’t have to commute daily, maybe get stabbed, on a NYC subway or pay excessive NYC rent and still get work done. NO need to go back to the office 5 days week.
Eric needs to start saying how he inherited a destroyed city from DeBlasio. Remind people who did it. He could start fixing it tomorrow if he wasn’t beholden to the lefties.
