Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic the most important metric to me was never cases, but hospitalizations. When dealing with an inevitable endemic respiratory virus that cannot be eradicated, the goal should be shifting disease to mild disease.
In the U.S. this has not been an easy task as much of the population have not had to individually risk calculate as extolling these techniques were not a major component of official response (which was heavily “abstinence-only” focused), vulnerable populations such as nursing home residents were not protected, and too many high-risk individuals have shunned the life-saving vaccines.

I'm glad this is not my doctor. The statment I quoted reveals a lot of idiocy on his part.
But the healthcare system is rewarded by the government for hospitalizations.
But those numbers may not have frightened anyone, so.........
The only “COVID” metric that matters is the sheer volume of lies, propaganda, and manipulation of data that created the whole fraud in the first place.
Since day one, every time a thread came up about the increasing number of cases, I always started with this single comment: Define “case”.
Someone explain to me why they focused on looking for vaccines instead of the remedy?
The most important metric was not hospitalizations but propaganda, fear, and control. “Never let a crisis go to waste”. Especially a planned, man-made crisis designed to overturn a fair election and oust a duly elected president.
But the MSM and social media websites have restricted the reporting and covered that up so certain people could get rich off the vaccine stocks.
And how many hundreds of thousands of people died who didn't have to???
Exactly. Most of us knew, and said this, all along. And, everybody knows they have been cooking the books since this whole charade started.
“hospitalizations” is a skewed data point.

And THEN what happened? They KILLED you.
Hyperbole? Not really. All the FEAR PORN caused most hospital staff to be afraid to treat patients.
The safest course of “treatment” was to put you on a ventilator, which necessitated drugging you unconscious isolate you from family (advocates), give you Remdesivir (organ killer) get a DNR, get you out of that bed so as to make room for their next victim that they can collect up to $100,000.00 from. Then sell (get reimbursed for expenses) your organs, rinse repeat.
Money is the root of all evil. I don’t know if it’s a root or a route, but it is definitely EVIL.
Don’t believe in evil? What was the very first Covid social casualty? Churches. As a regular church goer, I haven’t been to church in two years because of masks. I WILL NOT WEAR A FACE DIAPER WHILE WORSHIPPING MY LORD.

wallensky acknowledged hospitalizations were with Covid and for Covid but the numbers have never been separately reported.
Same for deaths.

A symptomless, or even mildly symptomatic positive swab is not a case. Never, in recorded history, has this been true. However, now we have an almost unquestioned acceptance that a positive swab represents a case of COVID.
The recent acknowledgment that the counts included people hospitalized WITH the bug vs BECAUSE OF the bug, blew this statistic to smithereens, too.
I had always thought that if it was a true pandemic vs scamdemic the homeless populations of LA would be devastated which of course never happened.
Well those homeless peeps may not have great nutrition, but they are exposed to who knows what all the time, so ones that remain are sort of a survivor population in themselves.
