Nobody has demanded to see that one......

This was their original intention. Their tactics haven’t changed: Loudly deny that they are doing it. Do it anyway. Give it a nice-sounding name that they can use to justify what they are doing. When called on it, deny every denying it.
Is there some virtue signaling benefit to say a person has participated in the public experimental vaccine trials. Better that they simply get a T-Shirt that says "I Survived the Experimental Covid Vaccine"
