Ketanji Brown Jackson is still one of the better nominations that Joe Biden has offered up for confirmation by the Senate, which is still not saying very much of anything positive on her behalf. A ritualistic and highly woke liberal, she only replaces a liberal that has vacated his seat, while fulfilling a “promise made, promise kept” by the Biden regime. Trouble is, we shall probably have her on the bench for the next thirty or forty years.
