Of course you can drop all precautions at a mass gathering of every single leader of the US government.

Regardless that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to deal with peacetime INTRAstate healthcare issues imo, career federal lawmakers hid behind non-elected bureaucrats of constitutionally undefined CDC, bureaucrats “advising” that people wear useless masks to fight politically demonized CV19 imo.
But alleged, election-stealing Congress is now playing the election year hero by taking initiative to drop mask mandates, again, with no express constitutional authority to address issue imo.
