My suspicions exactly. He’s on some sort of steroid medication. Putin is no druggy, never has been. He’s a very disciplined man. However, I believe his health has taken a turn for the worse. Are steroids a treatment for Parkinson’s disease? Anyone know? Jerry Lewis was on steroids and got very bloated. Anyone remember what illness he had?
I think Putin’s actions are based on a heavy sense of his own mortality. He knows he is running out of time and wants his legacy to be a reconstitution of the Russian federation before he dies. After all, it is what he has lived for lo these many years.
