It's primary day in Texas. Voters there will decide who to nominate for governor, attorney general and a host of other offices.

And don't vote for Bush!
Texas is the only state with primary elections today. The next date for primaries is two months away, on May 3rd, and will be Indiana and Ohio.
Full primary calendar here:

Also, if run-offs are needed in any Texas election, those will be held on May 24th.
Primary BTTT
It doesn’t matter here in Gnu Yak, the Demoncrats gerrymandered the GOP Reps out of office, we have two huge RINOs running for Gubanor, and we are about to drown in red ink. Other than that..
Here is a sample ballot with all the candidates:

Vote against all RINOs, folks, assuming there is a better option.
Get oust the Bushes!
Voted early. I love early voting, no lines. I voted yes on all the propositions but I wish they were actually binding instead of suggestions for the party platform.
George Costanza is running for Attorney General??
We need to eliminate early voting - less fraud. I really don’t like it. MY OPINION.
Voting today.
Texas has had early voting forever and it doesn’t seem to be a problem. Still need ID and be in person. It’s the mail in stuff that’s a problem.
Voted last week during early voting. Lines were long. Should be a good turnout today.
The Democrats are lethal when it comes to gerrymandering while the Republicans in many states have caved in giving the rats so call equality or fair play. All the while the rats take out the knives 🔪 and slice and dice you! The rats motto take no prisoners.
Can I ask you a question? I’ve never early voted and wouldn’t, just because I’ve witnessed how my state does things.
Where are early votes stored between the vote and their count on election day? Who holds the keys, etc. to where they’re stored.
Is this a concern for you?
I’ve been looking around for days for a sample ballot. I’m pretty sure I haven’t identified all offices that are on the ballot. Sure would be nice to be able to at the very least identify all incumbents to vote against.
The progressive candidate is leading the democrat race in the District 28 Dem primary. The more moderate long time incumbent, Henry Cuellar is losing thus far.
Looks like Greg Abbot is going to have no problem being the Republican candidate for governor again. Beto will be the Democrat candidate but he don’t have a chance of beating Abbot without major ballot fraud.
