It's a political move that could be seen a mile away and now it's been confirmed: Democrats no longer want to keep strict COVID-19 guidelines. Not because they do not work as advertised, but the polling among voters shows people want to move on.
Nowhere is this exemplified more than the mask mandate in the Capitol building being lifted just before President Joe Biden gives his State of the Union address Tuesday night.
NBC News reports Impact Research, a polling firm used by Biden, found that Americans are "worn out" from COVID-related restrictions, which is why Democrats will now try to claim Biden fulfilled his campaign promise to "shut down the virus":
"In a Feb. 16 memo, the firm told Democrats to take 'the win' on Covid, warning that by 49 percent to 24 percent, Americans are more concerned about it causing economic harm than infecting them or a family member, and that far more parents and teachers worry about learning loss than illness for their kids.
"'The more we talk about the threat of COVID and onerously restrict people’s lives because of it, the more we turn them against us and show them we’re out of touch with their daily realities' Impact Research’s Molly Murphy and Brian Stryker wrote in the memo, which was viewed by NBC News. They warned that if Democrats continue to emphasize Covid precautions over learning to live in a world with the virus, 'they risk paying dearly for it in November.'"
It's because of the shift in how Democrats talk about COVID, who just months ago were warning of a winter of death from Omicron despite the evidence, shows the
"Republicans aren't going to let voters forget that Democrats kept schools closed, kept kids masked, fired front-line workers for making their own health care decisions, and shut down small businesses — all while getting caught on camera enjoying their own lives mask free," Republican strategist Matt Wolking told NBC News.

While they went on vacation. Visited family. The hair salon.
They arrested you for paddle boarding by yourself.
They shut down the parks and the playgrounds.
They called you a grandma killer if you questioned them.
Suspended you from social media if you didn’t obey the narrative.
They called you domestic terrorists when you demanded your kids get the education your tax dollars paid for.
They mocked you when you demanded a return to normalcy for children.
They sneer at your concern over empty shelves and exploding grocery and utility bills.
They denied you the chance to try alternative treatments for COVID.
Then they fired you for not getting the vaccine.
When you stand up for your freedom, they call you Nazis and bigots.
Do not forget what they have done. Do not forgive them. They are hoping that, by November, you have forgotten the nightmare
of the last 2+ years.
YOU struggle to make ends meet and the best thr Biden administration can do is free crack pipes for “racial equity.”
This is on top of the woke, cancel culture bull they shove down our throats, the 2020 riots, being accused of racism and bigotry because we oppose
their agenda.
As the election draws closer, they’ll pretend they didn’t do any of this.
They’ll gaslight us. Project. Blame the GOP (like they tried to when defunding the police went south).
DO NOT give them power.
They haven’t learned a damn thing from this.
You re-elect them, and you can expect masks and lockdowns and nonsense in perpetuity. Not just for COVID, but for whatever else they deem a
“public health emergency” (guns, climate change).

Yet Biden managed to kill 2000 people a day over the last year and continues to do so with all the strict mandates in place rather than enacting a warp speed therapeutics plan to save lives that Trump would have enacted. From day one Biden advised his minions there would be no warp speed processes only because the other guy came up with the warp speed process that worked for vaccines.
Wait - I thought that being anti-mask was a dog whistle for white supremacy. What happened, did somebody swallow the whistle? Was it Kamala Harris?
They will strategically use covid in Blue states as they lobby for mail out balloting and ballot harvesting.

Get this: UC Davis is refusing to remove its mask mandate (even though Newson OK’d K-12 unmasking and Yolo county aligns with the CDC’s new “moderate so OK to unmask” guidance.
UC Davis’ stated reason? “Change fatigue.”
They think these students, these future physicians and engineers, will be “fatigued” by the change to optional masking.
Last I checked (yesterday) that was also the case at most colleges in south-central Pennsylvania.
Also a few performance venues, museums, and libraries....all the sort of places where the libtards hang out.

We must pound that home to all Americans and ensure that everybody remember the Democrats were instrumental in creating this scamdemic, endorsing ludicrous and unnecessary mandates that destroyed millions of businesses, killed countless people, caused mental health/drug addiction/suicides to sky rocket, ruining millions of lives, and then forcing dangerous experimental vaccines upon all of us.
They did all of this to steal an election and create their dystopian idea of paradise upon us.
They DID this and they OWN it.
