I know it was agreed to long ago, but why did they do it? Rs can’t vote in the Dim primaries, but they can vote in Rs primaries.

This pisses me off to no end!

I may be wrong, but I think it works both ways in Texas primaries. Republicans can try to sabotage Democrats in primaries if they choose to.
