Yep. I give Biden a C- on Russia/Ukraine.

He had the intelligence Russia was going to invade for weeks/months.

Military aid should have flowed back then.

I wonder if they thought Russia would take Ukraine very fast, and they could just mostly ignore it till it was “over”?
