They are doing it out of greed, as they have no nationalism. The “elites” only care about power and money.
All of these issues would fade quickly if all of a sudden the elite became the prey rather than the predators. They should never feel safe, and should be hunted to extinction.
It’s really hard to maintain a one click perimeter.
We certainly shouldn’t be funding Russia or defending Ukraine. Biden is more concerned with glow bull warming and destroying our economy as fast as possible.
Europe should take care of Europe.
China is the real threat on so many more levels than Russia - except for number of warheads and their itchy trigger finger.

Our high level of domestic oil production was killed by too much success. Lots of oil meant the price per barrel came down as did the price of gas. So higher cost fields like in N. Dakota stopped pumping/drilling. Thus we started buying oil from other cheaper sources. Now that the price per barrel is high, producers in US will start pumping/drilling again. So we have a choice, high gas prices, high domestic production, and of course rich US oil merchants. Low gas prices, reduced domestic production, buying beyond our borders, and richer foreign oil producers. Too few people in US understand that this is our decision to make. By the way, what pipeline are you talking about? It is production at the US wells that is critical, for US oil independence, not a pipeline from Canada for Canadian tar sands bitumin, which has not been built and probably never will be.

Thanks for the info. I think it was our keystone pipeline that people were talking about. Trump had it going and early on biden said he would close it down. Then during the debates biden flips and says he would not close it. Of course day one he shuts it down and puts people out of work. Also heard he closed the line 5 pipeline. Are these the reasons for the gas prices. Trump said we were energy independent but now we are dependent on foreign oil again. I would prefer cheaper gas.. Lol.
The photos and Twitter links are heart-wrenching. Dead soldiers hanging out of the vehicles and body parts strewn all over the road. Gosh it looks like WWII.
The war is seen in real time as Ukraine releases videos to the Telegram service and Twitter posters pick it up. Russian soldiers are abandoning equipment in fields and on the roads in droves. I saw a video of a Ukranian farmer towing a armored vehicle with a Deere tractor. Ukranian forces are capturing intact vehicles with MANPAD’s inside and many other weapons. Also, Ukraine shot down the 24th Russian jet and th crash and wreckage was filmed. A group of Ukrainians stopped an armored convoy on the road and climbed on top of it waving Ukranian flags. The Russian solders are calling their mothers and crying to them that it is a “real” war and they are shocked at being shot at and they are not being welcomed as liberators as Putler lied to them.
Putler has lost, sooner or later. Once the ground forces have been stopped, eliminated, or surrendered, the Stingers will wipe Russia’s planes from the skies.

OK, those vehicles will burn hot once the ammo, fuel and rubber ignites. Yet the trees and telephone poles aren’t even singed. Those trees should have at least burned because their branches over hang on the vehicles.

NICE WORK!!!! I missed that. Also look at the rust them. They went to a junkyard to get hardware that was likely used for target practice to stage that photo.
