Really? Somehow the language:

hereby removed from all persons whomsoever.

...seems to me to mean, uh, all persons whomsoever. (Which word, incidentally, I haven't seen used in a very long time). It doesn't surprise me that the Dems would love to be able to jerk people's rights for merely expressing an opinion since that party has gone full fascist. Another judge might have let them get away with it.

Good thing the case wasn’t brought in DC. The judges there would have him serving life without hearing.
