I think you just helped me identify my most fundamental reason for not getting involved in Ukraine. I care more about freedom in America at the moment that I care about Ukrainians losing theirs. It is a choice and I will choose America. It is a choice so significant that there isn't room for both America and Ukraine. Getting further involved in Ukraine is certainly not worth risking the lives of my family members in the military. They need to experience real freedom at home first.

Americans are the largest single charitable givers on the
planet.
They not only give money, they go and serve meals to those
who have less. They donate clothing. They help pay
tuition of those with less money.
They set up grants to kids who don’t have much, but good
grades and headed into post high school education.
I agree with America first, but with personal gifts to
the public, and the amount of support people get off our
tax dollars, and national disasters, it’s really not
reasoned to act as if we forsake our own and only send
money overseas.

There are times when I agree that there are causes
lofted that are not much more than draining the U. S.
