Decent men will always be roused by pugnacious men who when faced with overwhelming odds refuse to submit or run. However those same men if they are wise will not rush into war with a nuclear armed opponent or do things that are likely to lead to such a war. Emotional reactions that overwhelm sound analysis often lead to disaster.
