Yes, he would remark about gardening (he had been a gardener) and people mistook his comments on gardening as being subtle metaphors for world problems. By the end of the movie, deep-staters are considering him for high office. No, Kamala does not speak like that, but like Chance she is an empty vessel who cannot act her way out the corner she has been painted into. It is truly shocking to see such an idiot in such a high office. I get that Biden is a demented old husk, but this woman possesses no skill or intelligence whatsoever. I get that she slept her way up, but she should have hit a ceiling long before the VEEP position. Even AOC can speak in complete sentences without trying to cover her lack of intelligence with laughter as Kamala does.

Harris reminds me of Hubert H Humphrey. Every time he opened his mouth his brain disengaged. Same with Harris. At least Hubert didn’t have that annoying cackle.

Her laughter is never about anything funny. It is her very loud roar in the face of a problem she has no ability to understand much less solve. She laughs to cover her own personal incompetence. Everything is laughable because everything is overwhelming. It is purely a defense mechanism made to make her appear affable and in control. Quite the opposite is the case. She is abrasive, cantankerous, and lacks the wit to manage anything beyond her personal sexuality.
I was struck by Kamala’s absolute dead pan expression during the recent Biden SOTU. She was struck dumb by her seat behind empty Joe. Even Pelosi knew enough to keep herself occupied by juggling her false teeth.
