Probably sooner. We need to be forced into re-electing a war time president. September/October doesn't quite give enough time to establish war time president street cred, but enough for an opponent to run based on the promise, the promise to keep us out of war.

I’m just looking at September incidents of 2001 and 2008. If something significant happened in September, 2015, it certainly wasn’t an attention grabber.
