Rineke Lewis, a registered nurse in Boise, Idaho, said she expects to be fired after her exemption to the mandatory vaccination rule had been revoked and her religious exemption request denied.
Though Democrat politicians are rapidly throwing out increasingly unpopular COVID jab mandates ahead of the 2022 midterm elections, many ordinary Americans, including frontline healthcare workers, still face termination for refusing to get the experimental drugs.
Last week, one Idaho nurse’s heartfelt Instagram message went viral when she explained that she faced imminent termination for refusing the shot, and asked followers whether they had any “leads” on other nursing positions that would not require her to get the abortion-tainted jab.
Rineke Lewis, a registered nurse (RN) with St. Luke’s Hospital System in Boise, Idaho, said in a March 8 Instagram post that her exemption to the mandatory vaccination rule had been revoked and her religious exemption request denied.
Along with “many other health care workers in my boat,” Lewis said she anticipated receiving “a written warning followed by termination” for bucking the jab requirement.
Lewis told LifeSite Wednesday night the hospital is set to present her with a written warning on Monday. Those who have not gotten the first jab by March 25 will be fired.
In her social media post last week, which she also shared on her Facebook page generating hundreds of comments, Lewis explained that she was “all for” vaccinations in general, but has “had a hard time with the push [and] force of this one.”
Noting that she has witnessed firsthand the “terrible things” both COVID-19 and the experimental jabs can do, Lewis said she has “made the decision” not to get the shot and must now “live with the repercussions of it.”
“[I]t’s just crazy to me since it has been proven that forcing this is not going to change anything,” Lewis said, adding that she is no more “dangerous to be around than someone with the [COVID shot].”
Public health experts have widely acknowledged the jabs don’t stop the spread of the virus, leading many to question the ethics and legitimacy of mandating the injections.
Concluding her post, Lewis reached out to those who might know of an available job opening, writing, “if anyone knows of somewhere looking for nurses in my situation [I] would love any leads.”
St. Luke’s Hospital System in Boise, which encompasses nine hospitals employing over 15,000 people, announced its employee jab mandate in July 2021.

All employees, providers, volunteers, and contractors were required to get the first jab by September 1, though options were provided for employees to apply for religious and medical exemptions.
St. Luke’s did not immediately respond to LifeSite’s request for comment.
Since the rollout of the COVID-19 shots in late 2020, many healthcare workers, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and others who were hailed as frontline heroes during the pandemic have since been fired, forced out, or placed on unpaid leave for refusing to get the jabs for medical, religious, or other reasons.
Lots of other States would love to have a qualified Nurse join their ranks.

Last week the CEO sent a letter to ALL employee’s stating they would prefer everyone to get the JAB but are not requiring it and have NO Intentions of losing a Single Employee over their refusal, just sign the declination letter and It is just fine. NO MANDATE, YOUR JOB IS SAFE!!!

Bingo! Try to get into nursing or medical school without being vaccinated. Current healthcare workers are simply being grandfathered until they are no more. That is how they pervert and take over the system.

My daughter is a DNP in Oklahoma.
They approve all religious exemptions at the hospital chain she works with.
They threatened many employee's with VAX or lose your job.
I claimed an Exemption...and after many weeks they honored that.
I figured because the COVID is waning..and they were going to lose a lot of good employee's........ And they saw the number's.
Despite the fact....many employee's got the VAX...and then got the COVID. I'm quite sure I've had the COVID...but not severe...My natural immunities should be just fine.
Haven't been vaxxed, won't get vaxxed, and I work at a company that believes in personal freedom...I don't think they've been vaxxed either.
All of their hospitals are regulated by CMS. They are the unelected, unaccountable enforcers of psuedo laws that congress cant pass.
They and all agencies are the end arounds for violating the Constitution.
They will never end the healthcare worker m as ndate, cuz they would have to end obamas cms mandate for the flu vax.
If you wonder why you and your family cannot get healthcare.. these are 2 big reasons. I lost 10% of my staff to the flu mandates.
I amazes me how few people have been fighting this stuff. My Guard unit is finally hitting the timeframe to actually kick us out. We’re currently looking at losing 35% across the Squadron. That’s it.
