Dumas, Arkansas is a poor agricultural town located in the Arkansas Delta, primarily Black population. Not much has changed their in 150 years.

We drove through there yesterday before the “Hood-Nick” ( Ebonics for neighborhood picnic). We did not want to stop and just kept on going to the next gas station on the way to Spring Break.
