That’s an awkward conversation - to tell Joe - these are our Policies. I think Joe has some acceptance of the reality that he is mentally compromised. He knows that his staff tries to minimize the consequences of his continuous gaffes. He may not like that, but he knows he has to live with it.

Maybe. But I doubt it and if so it’s only a fleeting glimpse.
