Yep - Indeed Obamas 3rd term. We easily saw this as Biden appointed Obamas former cabinet right from the get go - and in fact did the transition operations.
We are the least of their concern as they’re definately focused on the world stage and all needed to establish NWO.....they just want our money to do it.
