Utah can do much better than Romney.
However, he did vote with Trump’s position 75% of the time.
I sometimes like to look at how libtards rate senators and he gets an “F” score and actually is better than a few other Republicans.

Not really. Clarence Thomas was on the DC circuit for about a year. Elena Kagan was Solicitor General. Earl Warren was a governor. Etc.
I couldn’t agree more. There was a good list of conservatives to pick from that year, but primary voters instead chose “gracious” defeat.
So in one year she went from being not acceptable for a spot on the U.S. Court of Appeals but ok to be on USSC????!!!

In reality the vote that is critical is the Senate Judiciary Committee vote. There are 22 members equally split 11-11.

Sasse has already said he will oppose. If the vote is 11-11 there has to be a floor vote to get it to the Senate floor but under the rules it is then subject to a filibuster. That means 10 Republicans have to vote for her or Dems have to vote to eliminate the filibuster.
