ALL governments are corrupt. ALL. That is why our founders put so many safeguards in place to prevent the usual unethical wannabes and pinheads from taking over our government - as they are want to do in all governments. None of us should ever 'trust' government. It is the responsibility of all of us to GOVERN government, and remind them regularly that they are all in a 'service industry', as hired help.

Yes, and how's that worked out for us? The most unethical wannabes and pinheads have taken control of our government, and did so a very long time ago. Thus, look at the state of the crap that we're facing in this country now.
