Globalisation ‘Over’ Thanks to Ukraine War, Declares Top Economist
Breitbart ^ | 1 Apr 2022 | PETER CADDLE

A leading economist has claimed that, in his view, economic globalisation is now ‘over’ as a result of the Ukraine war.

Gabriel Felbermayr, a world-renowned economist who heads up the Austrian Institute for Economic Research (WIFO), has declared that globalisation is now “over” thanks to the ongoing war in Ukraine.

....snip

Although the end of globalisation has been predicted many times before, Felbermayr’s warning matches those made by other groups and organisations, with Russia’s ongoing war in Ukraine already causing serious issues for international trade.

The supply of food is one major area where the war has already caused significant damage due to the world’s reliance on grain and fertiliser exports from Ukraine and Russia.

Not even close. This war was started to replace putin with a puppet like zelensky. The globalists are succeeding in blaming their inflation on Russia so its win win.
Imagine the leader they will install in Russia. Instant access to all of russias natural resources.
Its covid 2.0, but probably more deadly.
Globalists would sacifice as many Ukrainians or any other deplorable to get this done. They must control Russia.

I believe food has always been an exception for the “frictionless global marketplace” exactly because of war concerns.

For example Finland is a northern country at the latitude of Alaska not very hospitable for food production and the government of Finland is paying the farmers $2 for every $1 food produced.

Seems madness in peacetime, but starts to make a lot of sense when you consider what the ability to produce their own food is worth in case Russia would block the seas connecting Finland to the rest of Europe.

What is a glass of water worth to a billionaire finding himself alone stranded in the desert?

Its nonsense to portray Putin as an anti-globalist.

Klaus Schwab: "Russia is one of the responsible global regulation leaders"

Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum in Davos Klaus Schwab praised highly the organization of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. “I was deeply impressed by the scale of the event, as much as the relevance and importance of the matters discussed there,” he said.

“In the new economic environment and with due regard for the latest technological breakthroughs, we are faced with the need for new cooperation formats tailored to the task of securing wellbeing at the global and regional levels. So we are poised to continue working with the Russian Federation to build ties and search for constructive solutions. I am absolutely positive that Russia, as one of the leaders in responsible global regulation, must play a central role in determining new forms of co-existence in the era of the fourth industrial revolution,” Mr. Schwab added.

The Roscongress Foundation and the World Economic Forum International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation signed a memorandum of cooperation on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2017.

During his meeting with Professor Schwab Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Anton Kobyakov commented: “The memorandum signed with the World Economic Forum will facilitate joint develop and promote Russia’s initiatives, harmonize positions on urgent economic matters of concern to the global business community, and confirm the status of the Russia House project to be launched in 2018 by the Roscongress Foundation as the official Russian residence, which is expected to become a centre of Russian culture and a discussion platform during the World Economic Forum.”

Agree this is psyop. In today’s environment, no economist would dare speak out against the globalist plan unless there was a pre-approved motive.

That’s 2017. Just a wee bit old. 5 years is a long time among world powers struggling to take full control and using the plandemic as a catalyst.

Excerpt from Jan 2021:

DAVOS WEF
Putin warns of ‘all against all’ fight if global tensions are not resolved
PUBLISHED WED, JAN 27 2021 7:37 AM EST
UPDATED WED, JAN 27 2021 12:39 PM EST

Putin’s appearance at the summit, which usually takes place in the ski resort of Davos, Switzerland, and attracts global leaders from the political and business world, is contentious. But Klaus Schwab, founder and executive chairman of the WEF, introduced Putin by saying that Russia was a long-standing participant, and that it was important that constructive dialog continue in times of dispute and difference.

Navalny detention

There is increasing unrest in Russia over the continued detention of opposition leader and Putin critic Alexei Navalny, who was arrested as soon as he returned to Russia earlier this month after being treated in Germany following a Novichok nerve agent poisoning. Navalny claims Putin ordered the attempt on his life; the president denies any involvement.

Western nations are considering further sanctions on Russia as a result of the detention. It is already operating under restrictions due to its annexation of Crimea from Ukraine in 2014, meddling in the 2016 U.S. election and the 2018 nerve-agent poisoning in the U.K. — it denies the latter two despite overwhelming evidence.

On Tuesday, the foreign ministers of the G-7 nations (Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the U.K., U.S.) and the EU issued a statement condemning the arrest and detention of Navalny, and of protesters who demonstrated last weekend against the arrest, which was widely seen as politically motivated.

“We the G-7 Foreign Ministers call upon the Russian authorities for Mr Navalny’s immediate and unconditional release. Russia is bound by its national and international obligations to respect and ensure human rights,” they said.

Russia used to be a member of the group, then the Group of Eight, until it was suspended in 2014 for its annexation of Crimea. It has not been permanently excluded, however.

FOREIGN POLICY
Davos freezes out Putin and Russian oligarchs
World Economic Forum is siding with Ukraine, and blowing a hole in its budget.

By RYAN HEATH

Excerpt:

The champagne and caviar days in Davos are over. Or at least the caviar.

The World Economic Forum has put on ice its relationships with Russia, including strategic partnerships with conglomerates run by oligarchs. A Kremlin-backed research center in Moscow and an advisory council led by Russian President Vladimir Putin’s economic adviser have also been torpedoed.

"It’s only over when it’s over. And it ain’t over."
Perhaps the Russian-Ukrainian war is one of the "small wars" said to be predicted by the WEF as part of the world depopulation movement.
