One of my fondest memories from the Trump Administration were the Department of Agriculture employees who quit in droves when he announced the department was moving to Kansas City.
Just think how many drones we could cull from the federal payroll if similar announcements were made for every department save State and Defense.
They are really the only two which have a compelling need to be in the nation's capital.
