The Ill State seems to have high State fuel tax.
At 160 miles across it is pretty easy to not make a fuel stop in the State as the prices do seem high compared to neighboring States.
I’m not a fan of oil companies, but they’re supposed to give it away for cheaper when politicians stopped production?
