Extreme stress does odd things to people

One thing it does not do is turn anyone’s hair gray in a matter of days. That is an old wives tale.
In cases of extreme stress and trauma, it has happened. A medical doctor told me that a few years back. This type of situation would fit the level of stress my doctor described.
