They already have. All types of fireworks are banned in New York. What a bizarre way to tie in Kenosha, though. He could’ve gotten them in neighboring Pennsylvania.

You can’t buy ‘dangerous’ fireworks here. Well, legally, anyway. ;) Fireworks that the average schmuck can buy in Wisconsin for the 4th of July are LAME.
P.S. One of my BFFs says he’s the Safety Manager at, ‘Three Fingers Fireworks Factory’ when he introduces himself to someone new, LOL!
