It sure as hell was different in Florida in 2020 and Virginia in 2021.
Take a look at the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. This is an overwhelmingly Hispanic area and Mr. Trump gained upwards of 20-30% between 2016 and 2020. He went from non- competitive to competitive. There is a shift, maybe not a majority, but a much bigger portion of Hispanics are willing to give the GOP a shot.
