This is a serious question: what difference does it make how much evidence Durham has? If this goes to prosecution, won’t it be through the DC courts? What DC judge/jury is going to convict a Democrat?
Perhaps I am wrong, but didn’t Durham run this investigation out of the Kansas City office?
That would keep it out of a DC court.
