Another stellar hiring decision. I guess Meat Loaf and Gary Busey weren’t available when Trump was staffing up the White House.
There is no way conservative Americans can win in America’s CORRUPT “COURTS” these days. Especially if you are a former POTUS who really pissed of the CORRUPT AND CRIMINAL COMMUNIST LEFT WING NUTS.
“with known personnel”
__________
Hard to argue with what you’ve said here.
There seems to be little to no bench strength among Trump supporters with the kind of academic and “industry” credentials that would ordinary provide entree to leadership positions in the White House, in the the presidential cabinet, and at key executive branch agencies.
I think you are right. And if Trump is expecting to appeal, that causes me to infer that this was NOT a Binding arbitration. Of course, Trump is a legal creature, so he just might appeal even if it was. ๐
Lil’ Jon’s would probably be “Yeeaaahhh! oh skeet skeet!”
I wouldn’t donate a dime to RNC. McOnnell pledged 7 million to Lisa Murkowski.
Not with MY money you don’t, Mitch.
The obvious troubles with her began when she married that leftist. I would bet they were paid well to sabotage Trump and work to slime and embarrass him.
With people like that, the only motivation is the money. They are self centered scum.
The Seth Rich treatment cost the DNC very little.
I have no clue.
Appeal it to the next level.
Like I said, this looks like it was just the mandatory arbitration they force a lot of civil actions through before it gets to the real courts.... Trying to keep things from going to actual court.
Attempt at mediation rather than a real trial.
However more I dig, the more I am trying to understand, so will happily yield to any lawyers in the room.
It looks from what I can see, Trump sued her for breaking her NDA, and an arbitrator ruled against Trump, and this is another ruling by another, or perhaps the same, arbitrator granting her recovery of her legal fees in that suit.
So I don’t know if this is a continuation of the same arbitration, or something separate.
I don’t know if the first arbitrators ruling was binding, or as I stated before this is all part of the same, try to keep things out of the court crap they do in Civil suits.. If it is all part of the latter, everything is subject to actually being taken to trial. Meaning none of it is binding unless both parties agree to let it be.
I don’t honestly have the time or inclination to spend any more time looking into this, as either way its a non issue other than the media play it will get, in my world. If you hate Trump, you’ll view it as some vindication that he is the devil incarnate.. if you love Trump you’ll find it an injustice... and if you are anywhere else on the spectrum, you’ll just keep on living your life.
Check is in the mail.. Let us know when you receive it.
You pretty much summed up my position as well, especially the “going forward” part. ๐
Another affirmative action hire that didn’t pan out.
A New York Court....says it all
I’d have to run that through google translate....
Fortunately itโs just for legal fees and not going into her pocket. But seriously, did anyone here think hiring her was a good idea? I love Trump but serves him right, heโs made too many hiring mistakes and Omarosa is an absolute nutcase.
Someone should start a gofund me for Trump.
(Yes yes I know.lol)
A friend in power is a friend lost.
Excellent response!
