New York court arbitrator.
You’d think they would be getting the message to get onboard the Trump Train. They should have gotten that message when Trump won the 2016 primary.
But they’re a little slow.
In a businessman's mindset, you hire people based on their qualifications, so obviously he found her qualified. But to a politician, political reliability is more important than ability (look at the Biden administration). He has to become more of a politician, vetting his hires better.
She illegally recorded him in the White House then sold it to whoever afterward. A very clear recording. She had to have help from the democrats for the recording equipment and the audio release and of course the money.
Where did sh get the money involved in the lawsuit? From the Democrat party no doubt.

Appeal. Break her.
Perhaps not. A reviewing court could find the arbitrator exceeded his authority when he awarded her attorney fees.
The American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules, the gold standard in the U.S., provide fees can be awarded by the Arbitrator where the agreement so specifies, if the parties later agree to such an award, or if otherwise mandated by law.
If a court is asked to determine if the NDA is enforceable, it seems unlikely it will second-guess the arbitrator's finding that the NDA is unenforceable. That is a tough outcome especially if Trump used his high-paid NY legal counsel to draft the agreement.
However, I think on the face of the little we know it appears Arbitrator did not have authority to award fees and Trump may prevail on that issue.
