A 39-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the drive-by shooting that injured a 9-year-old girl in Stockton earlier this month, authorities said.
The shooting happened on April 2 in the 2200 block of Van Gogh Lane in the Weston Ranch neighborhood in south Stockton, the Stockton Police Department told KCRA 3.

It was also in Stockton that a middle-aged black man chased a couple of girls into their school. One got away, but the other was cornered and killed. Many moons ago my parents would take us to visit our Swedish immigrant grandparents in Stockton. I remember it as a sleepy Central Valley town, usually slightly hazy, full of modest but lovingly maintained small homes.
They just cannot print it can they. Pathetic.
And to show their respect the story writers should capitalize the entire word ‘BLACK’, not just the first letter.
I’m sure they’ll let him out as soon as possible so he can do it again because he has black privilege.

Need to send him back to Chicago for retraining ... no death and resulting marketable body parts.
