Caesar Science knows nothing of Administrative Law...theres a right way to promulgate, change or extend a regulation, its called the APA. There must be Notice and a Public Comment period. The APA must be followed or the regulation/change/extension is invalid.
An Appeal will take alot longer than just a do-over (the correct way).

LOL! Someone on another thread pointed out that the government was just asking for a stay. This simply means they donāt want to go there and are just making it look like theyāre opposing it. They know theyāre not to get a stay, especially after some cities that reimposed the mandates after hearing from Fauci are now having too back down because of popular resistance. I think the Dems are hoping to shove this whole thing into the memory hole, and also possibly are worried about future lawsuits and demands for compensation.
But I wonder if Fauci is so drunk with his moment of power that he has slipped away from his handlers. His whole argument is that the courtās decision undermines the āauthorityā of the CDC. For way too long, he had a lot more authority than he should haveā¦and as the judge ruled, the CDC actually has no authority.
Cue the āIām meltingā Wicked Witch moment, where Fauci sinks into a tiny puddle. And then the Dems will throw sawdust on it so they donāt slip in it.
