Twitter users were shocked by President Joe Biden’s latest gaffe during a public statement on holding Russian oligarchs responsible for their corruption.
During a speech given on Thursday, the president announced a new $33 billion spending package to provide more aid to Ukraine in its war with Russia.
When Biden began talking about holding corrupt Russian oligarch’s responsible for their actions, he made a major verbal stumble that broke Twitter.

You’re right and as far as that goes, Biden never did know what is dangerous to say. His grasp of foreign policy has always been 180 degrees out of sync.
The danger is not just with our enemies either IMO. Our allies are scratching their heads too and may make decisions that hurt us badly.
Or his jumbled malapropisms could affect the market in a disastrous way considering the instability already there.

Biden is totally incapable of even reading a teleprompter correctly. It is time that even the left wing media admit he is totally mentally compromised and invoke the 25th amendment and remove him.
Oddly this would be a good thing. Those pulling the strings of Biden (Soros etc.) would be the same as those pulling the strings of Kamala. Policy would not change. At least she is sane and even a worse candidate than Biden in the next election for president.
