Eventually she will an office whether it is Governor, senator or house of representatives and if not she will eventually be appointed to a high position.

It makes perfect sense if you think about it. They do not like President Trump. They do not want prosperity. They prefer Lying Joe Biden in the White House. They prefer corruption instead honesty. And that is just the Republicans.

Its so hard to believe any Trump voter would vote for Kemp. He’s taking credit for constitutional carry which he helped suppress for four Years and he’s suspended the gasoline tax I guess until he’s elected. I loathe the guy.

There was a story in the AJC touting this same thing.

They polled 886 people, 53% Kemp 37% Perdue. A whole 886 people.

Over 2.4 million folks voted for Donald Trump. Not so sure polling the members of Ansley Golf Club or the residents of Reynolds Plantation is a good yardstick.

I’m a Georgia voter that will not vote for Kemp for anything. If my vote ushers in Abrams, so be it.

“The Blimp is only 5 points behind Kemp”.

Governor DeSantis nearly lost by a much smaller margin...

"A whole 886 people."

There are national polls that use samples of 500 people. Exactly how many should be sampled for Georgia alone?

There have been three different polls here in the month of April for the Kemp-Perdue primary: Landmark, AJC and SurveyUSA. They are +24 Kemp, +26 Kemp and +25 Kemp. That's pretty consistent. Odds are Perdue's going down in a couple weeks, the primary date is May 24.

It was the shortest excerpt that specifically explained their methodology in putting together how and with whom they created their sample.

IIRC, it was Kelly Loeffler who was his opponent. Ossoff ran against Perdue.

I agree. Not voting for Kemp in his primary isn’t an automatic indication someone won’t vote for him if he pulls it out and gets the Republican nomination. That said, I am hoping his primary gets thrown into a runoff this May 24.

I also look at who and what is behind a poll....like this for the Lucid Holdings LLC group who provided the sample group to the pollster.....

Kemp will lose if he is the nominee. There will be enough republican voters who will not vote for him.

“Free Republic Assistant Democrats will show up. They will stand shoulder to shoulder with Pelosi and Schumer and talk about how it would be better to elect Abrams.”

No. Kemp is the Assistant Democrat.

His career needs to end.

How many who vote in the Republican primary will not vote for Kemp in the election? If I were a Georgia resident and Kemp were the nominee, I would leave my vote for governor on the ballot blank.

Rather a Democrat than a RINO. RINOs must be driven out at all costs.

Why will Trump voters vote for a man who helped steal GA from Trump ?

Hopefully it's because they learned the error of their ways watching the senate flip because they sat at home and don't want to live in a state governed by Stacey Abrams.

freerepublic does not necessarily reflect the reality of a broader voting universe. The fact is Kemp has led in every single poll and there has been a boatload of them spanning the political spectrum. I have read that Perdue has run a horrible campaign in every possible way. Campaigns do matter. Kemp also runs better against Abrams, too, which matters to voters.

Brian Kemp is the major Democrat electoral asset in Georgia.

Kemp is needed to help elect Biden in 2024.
